Terms

We connect wellness professionals, businesses, brands, and creators with each other, and with partner organisations, through consensual introductions. We ask both sides before any introduction happens, and we never share your contact details until you've said yes to that specific introduction.

The service is free. We don't charge you, and we don't take a cut of anything that comes out of an introduction.

We are a connector, not a guarantor. Specifically:

• We don't verify credentials. We don't check licenses, qualifications, certifications, insurance, or professional standing, and we don't confirm that anyone's description of their own work is accurate. Being introduced through The Warm Intros is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a vouching for anyone's competence or conduct. Please do your own due diligence before working with, hiring, referring clients to, or entering any arrangement with someone you meet through us.
• We don't guarantee matches. Signing up doesn't mean you'll receive an introduction, and there's no timeline. We only reach out when we find something that genuinely fits, which may take a while, and may not happen at all.
• We aren't part of what happens next. Any agreement, partnership, payment, collaboration, referral, or other arrangement you make with someone you meet through us is entirely between you and them. We're not a party to it, we're not responsible for it, and we can't resolve disputes about it.
• We don't provide medical, health, legal, or professional advice. Nothing on this site is advice of any kind, and any partner or person you're introduced to is responsible for their own services and claims.

• Give accurate information about who you are and what you do. Don't misrepresent your credentials, your business, your audience, or your work.
• Treat introductions with respect. If we introduce you to someone, don't add them to marketing lists, spam them, or pass their details on to anyone else without their permission.
• Use the service lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the site.
• You must be 18 or over.

If you break these terms, we may remove you from the service.

We decide who joins, who gets introduced, and which partners we work with. We can decline a signup, decline to make an introduction, or remove anyone from the service, at any time and without giving a reason. We can also change, pause, or discontinue the service at any point.

Some partners offer a self-serve signup link. Following one takes you to that partner's own site, governed by their terms and privacy policy, not ours. Anything you sign up for, agree to, or pay for on a partner's site is between you and them.

We may have a commercial or personal relationship with partners featured on the service. If you'd like to know whether we do in a particular case, just ask.

We provide the service as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ables Inc. is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or harm arising from your use of the service, from any introduction, or from any dealings with anyone you meet through us — including lost business, lost profits, or reputational harm.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us permission to use it to operate the service — to make matches, to describe you to a potential match once you've agreed to an introduction, and to understand in aggregate what people are looking for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If we update these terms, we'll post the revised version here and change the date at the top.
